School of the Heart offers a greater understanding of what it takes to live powerfully and in control of your life. Imagine what it would be like in stressful situations to respond, instead of reacting in a way you regret later. Our classes help you understand what's happening in your brain and on the inside of you when you trigger or get stressed. School of the Heart offers the tools needed to work through emotional triggers, and find more calm in your body.

Week 1: Understanding Your Unique Capacity

  • Finding your Window of Tolerance (AKA: Your Guide to Managing Stress!)

  • An intro to your Nervous System

  • Recognizing the Emotions in Your Body

Week 2: Situational Strength

  • Understand the way you subconsciously operate in stress, pain, and show up in conflict.

  • Learn what your emotions and body are telling you.

  • Identify your 4 F's (Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn) Survival Response

Week 3: Identifying Emotional Triggers

  • Get unstuck from destructive patterns and gain freedom

  • Understand why you emotionally react

  • Learn why telling yourself “just calm down” doesn’t work (And what DOES work instead!)

Week 4: The Emotional Game Changer

  • The key to creating Emotional Safety (Feeling Loved)
